Lifting Trusses onto Roof
The framers used pure elbow grease to lift all of the trusses onto the roof; no crane needed. Here they are putting up the remaining trusses over the kitchen and patio area.

Pouring The Slab
Today (Friday, March 8, 2013) was cold and rainy, so the framers took the day off. To help you all from getting bored, here are a few videos of the workers pouring the slab and garage floor. They poured the slab on February 14, 2013 (Valentine's day).

Pouring the Footers
The Wall Company used a large cement pumper to pour the cement into the footers. It probably took only a half hour with 7 dump trucks to compete the whole pour. Quite an efficient operation.
